dramatic grand slam in the bottom of the 8th to come back from a five run deficit. Both
Fautsch and Brian Crane went 2-4 on the night.  Hawk starter Craig Allison survived a
rocky 4th and went on to retire 16 of the last 17 hitters he faced. Fautsch was named the

Heart Attack Hawks Clip Bruins in Ninth

Jeff Hancock delivered a two run walk off single in the bottom of the ninth to beat the
Brownton Bruins 6-5.  Both teams were generous in this one with four of the five B-town
runs unearned as a result of four Hawk errors. The Bruins had no errors on the
scoreboard, but a few misplays really hurt including a bases loaded balk in the seventh.
The Hawks had a big night at the plate with Hancock going 2-5 with two 2 rbi, Brian
Crane 2-5 with an rbi, Eric Crane with two hits, Dereck Fautsch with 2 hits and Scot
Argenbright with a two rbi double. Craig Allison pitched all nine for the Hawks yielding

Hawk Rally Beats Red Devils

When Watertown starter Justin Kohls fanned 10 of the first 13 Hawk hitters, it looked
like a long day for the locals. But the Hawks would not strike out again for the rest of the
game and managed to bunch four hits to gain another comeback victory. Craig Allison
allowed 4 hits and 1 run in the first inning, but would not yield another run in seven
innings. Jeff Hancock went 2-4 with a triple and 3 rbi to lead the timely offense.  Alex
