Pitcher Adam Koch held the potent Watertown attack to just one run as the Howard Lake Orphans defeated the Watertown Red Devils 4-1 to win the Hamburg Budweiser Classic Basbeall tournament. Howard Lake Catcher Chad Burau was named tournament MVP. The Shakopee Coyotes defeated the defending Class C champion Granite Falls Kilowatts 8-3 to win the 3rd place trophy. The Lake Crystal Nine defeated the host team Hamburg Hawks 4-3 to win the consolation Bracket.
